The GLP-1 Lean Mass Protection Program™ is a 12-week coaching system designed specifically for individuals using various GLP-1 medications such as semaglutide or tirzepatide.
While these medications can be highly effective for weight loss, many individuals unintentionally lose significant amounts of muscle mass during the process if proper training and nutrition strategies are not implemented.
